As Chief Technical Officer at Infercon, Venkatesh heads all the Automation Divisions at the top management level, to steer forward the company in offering its best technical products, solutions and services to our customers in India and other international markets.
He holds a Graduate Degree in B.E (ECE) from a leading university in South India. He is strong in handling all lifecycle activities of Emerson Process Management using DeltaV Control System. He is technically accomplished and competent Professional Control and Instrumentation Engineer with 15+ years of rich experience in DeltaV DCS (Instrumentation and Control) Configuration, Commissioning, Operations, Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Stabilization of Refinery, FPSO, Offshore Platform, Mining, and Petrochemical Industries in India and different countries.
With his in-depth experience, he worked several Onshore, Offshore and FPSO Oil and Gas Production / Processing Plants in the Instrumentation Field. He worked as Engineer and Manager for Construction, FAT & SAT, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up of different types of Distributed Control Systems, ESD, SCADA Systems and different kinds of modern instruments throughout his career. He has got a strong exposure and experience in Total Shutdown and Breakdown of Oil Gathering Stations, Offshore Platforms and LNG Upstream Facilities, Preventive Maintenance, Fault Finding, and Corrective Maintenance activities in the field of Process Instrumentation, Fire & Gas Detection Instruments.
He is very much a specialist in handling in DeltaV SIS ESD Systems, Offshore FPSO and Onshore projects Ability to DeltaV DCS and Ovation DCS Configuration, Graphics Development, FAT, SAT and Commissioning in Onshore & Offshore. He has rich experience in Design and Implementation of FOUNDATION FIELDBUS, PROFIBUS, OPC, and MODBUS Digital Communication Protocols. Onshore and Offshore DCS experience in Installation and Commissioning of DeltaV DCS Systems of Emerson Process Management gives an edge for his strong skill sets. He has done many migrations of legacy control systems to latest technologies to various enterprises in the Middle East / Europe / North Amaerica and African countries. He is excellent in communication skills and ability to build rapport and work with multinational clients effortlessly.
As an entrepreneur, he established one of the most sophisticated modern facilities for Industrial Automation training and certification courses in 2014. Since then Excel Automation Solutions, Chennai have trained and produced over several thousand professionals India and Overseas Countries. Excel Automation also has been serving on various automation projects and services through these years.
He brings in rich experience and strong expertise in control system domain and management to serve the domestic and international clients of Excel Automation Solutions.
